Hey there from Texas! We are Ryan and Vicki, a loving Christian couple with a strong marriage and a wonderful daughter. After struggling with infertility and two miscarriages, we are so blessed to have the opportunity to grow our family through adoption. Our home and hearts are open and ready to be filled with the love, laughter, and joy of another child.
About Us
We have known each other for seven years and have been married for five and a half years. Our marriage continues to strengthen as we have God as the center of our relationship and lives. Being involved and serving in church is a priority for us.
We enjoy being together as a family, playing games, going to the park, spending time with extended family, and even polka dancing.
My Husband, Ryan
Ryan is an amazing husband! He takes his responsibility as the spiritual leader of our home very seriously. Ryan is very loving, calm, patient, supportive and honest. Ryan has a dry sense of humor which makes me laugh all the time. One of the things that opened my heart to him was that he learned to play traditional Czech music on his accordion for his Grandma's 80th birthday.
Ryan is an IT manager at a large company and provides well for our family, so I am blessed to have the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom.
Ryan is also a wonderful DaDa. I watch him with Julia and stand in amazement. He loves reading, dancing, and playing music with her and taking her to the park or out for ice cream.
My Wife, Vicki
Vicki's smile was the first thing that captivated me. Then, I discovered her warm caring heart and her desire to serve the Lord. Her faith in God and commitment to our marriage encourage me to be a better man, husband, and father.
Vicki can empathize and listen like no other, always willing to serve, volunteer, and help, while reserving time for our daughter and me. I am so thankful that Vicki is able to stay home with Julia.
Before becoming a full-time Mama, Vicki worked as an accountant which explains her attention to detail. She also loves to sing, read, watch old movies, and play games together with family and friends.
From caring for Julia and making our home a warm and inviting place, to helping and serving others, Vicki works hard at everything she does. She is eager to share her love, time, and attention with a new addition to our family.
Our Sweet Punkins Julia
Julia is our precious three year old daughter. Julia loves to play dress-up and to play "mama" with her baby dolls. She especially loves to sing and dance and always wants to help us in whatever we are doing.
Julia prays for her future baby "brudder" or baby sister. She keeps asking if we can get her baby "brudder" or baby sister today. We tell her we have to be patient and pray for God's timing.
Our Home
We live in a brick home with four bedrooms, and a park right behind our house. Our neighborhood is full of families with children. There are multiple annual events with bounce houses, games, and food. We enjoy having friends and family in our home. Nearby there are children's museums, zoos, amusement parks, water parks, and other family attractions.
Our Faith & Family
We are both Christians and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We want to nurture our children so they are equipped for life. Our desire is for them to have a Godly foundation from which they can discover how God created them and who He wants them to be.
We are blessed with a loving, supportive family. We enjoy being together as much as we can. Our parents taught us both the importance of commitment in marriage and we live this out every day.
Our Promise
We promise to give your child unconditional love, and a safe, stable home. Your child's life will be filled with lots of hugs, kisses, laughter, praise and encouragement. We promise to be a Godly example for your child, by being loving, honest, kind, respectful, and compassionate. We will support and encourage your child's dreams including educational opportunities.
