What do we need to get started?

The first step toward working with Lifetime is to fill out a secure application on our site by clicking here, or request one be emailed to you. Please be sure to submit a current photo of your family with the application. Your application will not be processed until a photo is received. You may submit your photo via regular mail or scan it and email it to us. Please be sure to add your name to the photo or email.

Once we receive your completed application and photo, please allow one to two weeks to thoroughly process your file. We will then be in touch with you via the email address or phone number that you have provided in your application.

If you are new to adoption, or new to open adoption, we highly recommend you read the new book, AdoptingOnline.com. It was written by Lifetime’s CEO and Founder, Mardie Caldwell, and is an excellent book to help anyone interested in adoption.
