Dear Birthmother,

We are Affron and Noelle, a fun-loving couple with a lot of love and laughter.  We live in beautiful Hawaii and have been married ten years. We absolutely love being parents and living life through the eyes of our daughter Raina, and look forward to her having a sibling to share her life and childhood memories with. We are so excited to expand our family through adoption and can't wait to hear your hopes for your child’s future. 
  
Our Life Together
Family time is a priority for us. On a typical weekend you will find us somewhere outdoors, either at our pool or the beach. On rainy days, we like to do board games or sing karaoke.

We enjoy spending time with our friends and neighbors. On most evenings you will find us sitting outside with our neighbors watching the children play.
 
About Affron
Affron's smile is contagious and lights up a room! He is a kid at heart and loves to play and act goofy.  You will often find him playing games with Raina and the neighbor kids, or doing a cannon-ball in our pool, or making up silly songs and dancing around the house.  Don't let his is 6'5" frame fool you, as most people will describe him as a "big teddy bear."

He is an amazing father, an excellent provider for our family and the most amazing husband. He enjoys all sports and is so excited to show his love of sports with a son.  Affron teaches leadership classes at our church and loves cooking and sharing his cooking secrets with Raina. His work schedule as an instructor allows for lots of flexibility and extra time at home with us.
 
About Noelle
Noelle is a genuinely beautiful person inside and out. She has a big heart and is always willing to help anyone. She is an amazing mother and her love and dedication toward Raina is undeniable, they have a very special bond which is so wonderful to witness. She truly believes that her mission is life is to be the most amazing mother...and she is!    She is so excited to be a stay-at-home-mom when the baby arrives.

She has a degree in Family Studies/Child Development and loves children.  She and Raina volunteer in the nursery at church every week. Noelle has a passion for life and loves photography, decorating our home, singing in the church choir, scrapbooking, arts/theatre and being involved in Raina's school activities.

About Raina
Raina is a ray of sunshine and the light of our lives. Her name means "queen" and that she is! She is a kind-hearted young girl who loves gymnastics, baking, dancing, acting, modeling, swimming and going to the beach.

She is six years old and is a "girly-girl" at heart and loves everything from nail polish to lip gloss, clothes to shoes, purses, hair accessories and jewelry...the list goes on and on!  

Raina is very much looking forward to being a big sister and cannot stop talking about what a great helper she will be. She joins Noelle every Sunday as a junior helper in the church nursery and she loves holding the babies and playing with the toddlers. She leads us in prayer every night for you and your baby.
 
Our Home in Hawaii
Our four bedroom townhome is in a diverse, family-friendly community with young families, a few miles from the beach, shopping malls and downtown. 

Our house is a "kid-magnet" and most of the neighborhood kids are at our house each weekday evening and the entire weekend.

Our Faith and Family
We are a faith-based family with Christian values.  Our faith in God is the foundation of our marriage and family and we are very involved in our church.  Our extended families are so excited for an addition to our family, and although they live in other states, they are never more than a webcam or phone call away and each year we travel to Minnesota and New York to visit them.
