Dear Birthmother,

We began as high school sweethearts and have since built a relationship full of love, laughter, dedication, and honesty.  We are a young, high-spirited couple who are overjoyed to begin our family through adoption.  We can offer your child a stable, Christian home and provide him or her with much love, support, encouragement, fun, and many hugs & kisses.  Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us, and considering us as parents for your child.

About Us…
We’ve been together for 14 years and happily married for five years.  We tried to start our family, but experienced infertility.  This experience has only made our relationship stronger, and has helped us to realize that God has had a different plan for us through adoption. 

We live so close to everything that California has to offer, and take advantage of it often by taking weekend or day trips to the ocean, mountains, or our favorite city, San Francisco.  We also try to travel outside of California as much as possible.

We are Christians and attend church regularly.  We believe that God has unconditional love for us all, and it is through Him that we find our strength.  We plan to raise our child in the Christian faith.

Stacey, from Andy’s Heart…
Stacey is dedicated and gives 100% to all that she’s involved in.  Whether it is work-related, for her family, or planning a birthday party, Stacey puts her whole heart into it.  She’s compassionate.  Stacey coordinates services for infants and toddlers with special needs.  She commits herself to help others obtain the services and support they need.  Most of all, Stacey is selfless and always puts others needs in front of hers.  I know that Stacey will share her positive outlook and caring nature as a parent.  Stacey enjoys a good novel, taking long relaxing walks, and practicing yoga.  She also enjoys making beautiful gifts for her friends. 

Andy, Through Stacey’s Eyes…
Andy is the most amazing and generous man I know.  He is a very attentive and loving husband and will make a wonderful daddy.  Family always comes first and he is always there to help.  His friends count on his advice because of his honesty.  He keeps me laughing all the time, and he is definitely the comedian among our friends. 

Andy enjoys being out and about, working on the house, or restoring his 1968 Chevy pickup.  He has a passion for classic muscle cars and enjoys going to car shows. He is very excited to share his knowledge of classic cars with our child, to help him or her with their homework, and go on many child-friendly adventures including our favorite, Disneyland!

Our Little Yorkie, Zoe…
Zoe is our sweet little two-year-old Yorkie.  She absolutely loves children, and our friend’s children love to play with her.  

Our Families…
We have very close relationships with both of our families.  They are excited about our decision to adopt and have been supportive and encouraging through the process.  Our parents are particularly excited because this will be their first grandchild.   We both have younger sisters who can’t wait to become aunties soon.  Holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas are spent with both of our families. 

Our Home in California…
Our house is a newer, single story home that is very cozy and inviting.  We are currently making small improvements, one of which will be a beautiful nursery.  We live in a quiet and safe subdivision in a small town.  Our neighbors are very friendly, and there are many children seen playing in the afternoons.  There is an elementary school two blocks from our home, as well as several parks, and a small zoo nearby.

We promise to love your child unconditionally, and to provide a loving, nurturing and supportive home.  He or she will know how they came into our family through adoption, and how special you will always be to our family.

We will provide your child with a quality education, including the opportunity to go to college.  We will encourage your child in his or her interests, activities and dreams.
