We always knew that the day would come that God would show us it was time to grow our family through adoption. Adoption has always been a part of our lives; Lisa was adopted at eight years old and her brother was adopted as a baby.

The experience of adoption has had such a dynamic impact on Lisa's life, and we cannot wait to experience the same joy ourselves. We appreciate you being a part of that dream coming true.

About Us
Our eleven year marriage is built on love, trust, sincerity, and compatibility. We share sense of humor, and make decisions mutually after talking it over and praying about it. We enjoy spending time with each other and our children, Julia Claire and Samuel. We are very much in love and look forward to the opportunity to become parents again.

We are family-oriented and were both raised with Christian values. We enjoy camping, movies, the outdoors, cookouts, beach trips, and being with our extended family.

About Chris
Chris is respectful, kind, and considerate. He is a loving husband and a compassionate father. He cares for others and is very family-centered. He attended college and pursued the fields of business, Bible, and computers.

Chris works as a lighting specialist and outside sales consultant in one of the largest lighting companies in the area. He is in charge of merchandising the showroom and maintaining customer relationships. In his spare time, he enjoys yard work, landscaping, yard sales, camping, traveling, and spending time with family.

He grew up in a wonderful Christian home where great moral values and responsibility were taught and exemplified. Chris is a great dad who always has the best interest of our children at heart. He is a loving father who's love is absolutely unconditional.

About Lisa
Lisa is a strong, loving, and caring person. She is a wonderful mother. Always wanting the best for our children, Lisa spends quality time with them playing outside, reading books, and dancing. She is a good listener and is devoted to God and family.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, swimming, shopping, movies, traveling, camping, and spending time with family. With the will to thrive in any situation, she makes the best of all circumstances.

Her pride and excitement about having been adopted herself is such a blessing to so many people around. Lisa received her master's degree in social work and works as a school-based counselor. Her job provides a flexible schedule and summers off.

Our Children
Julia Claire is a six year old who is full of life and adventure. She really is excited about becoming a big sister again. She enjoys swinging on her swing set, swimming, playing outside, reading books, coloring, and dancing.

Samuel was born in February of 2006. He is a sweet and good natured young man who always steals your heart with his warm happy smiles.

Our Home/Our Family
We live in a four-bedroom, Mediterranean-style home on two beautiful acres. Our large backyard has plenty of room for playing on the swing set, in the playhouse, and with our pets.

We have a close relationship with our families and visit with them often. They are all so excited about our plans to build our family through adoption. Both our families are very supportive and eagerly awaiting the arrival of a new baby.

Our Faith
We both grew up in strong Christian homes and believe that God has a plan for our lives. Our church plays a very important part of our family and our home. We attend a large Baptist church and are both are very active in the church. We both teach a class, attend weekly Bible study, sing in the church choir, and attend youth activities. Julia Claire and Samuel both can't wait to go see all their friends at church. As a family, we enjoy the sweet spirit of the people and the awesome worship experience that we have there. We look forward to sharing our Christian faith with your child.
