Dear Birthmother,
Hi! We are a multi-cultural family: Jason is Puerto Rican and Christine is of Italian descent. We met through a mutual friend while Jason was serving in the Army. Our courtship was short but we knew it was meant to be and we were married 9 months later. We have now been married over 13 years and have been blessed with two children. Due to pregnancy related risks we decided adoption was the right choice to build our family.
Christine is a stay at home mom and enjoys going to lunch with the kids and going to various school functions. Jason works full time as the Vice President of Information Technology. We have extended family that live nearby and can’t wait to welcome your baby.
Our Family:
Our lives are simple and are focused on us, our children and family, including our pets (Max, Zander, Jojo, and KiKi). Depending on the season, we enjoy going fishing in our neighborhood pond, swimming in our neighborhood pool, and attending our children’s schools functions and sporting events. Every effort is made to do things together, whether simple things as just shopping or yard work and sometimes accompanying Jason on his business trips. We are fortunate that a few times a year we are able to travel to different parts of the country with Jason. This allows us to take the children to parts of the country they have interested in visiting.
In the summer we usually take vacation with our extended family, allowing us to spend time with each other. During vacations we visit historical attractions, swim with dolphins, and go parasailing, horseback riding and have taken hot air balloon rides. We feel that family and the time shared together is priceless and are grateful for the opportunity of doing things together as a family. We would love a larger family to enjoy and share these times.
As a family we attend weekly service at our local church. We enjoy taking part in the many fellowship opportunities and value the friendships we have fostered.
Christine:
Christine is a one-of-a-kind mother, wife and friend who is always full of support and encouragement. She is a very funny person and the best mother.
She focuses on loving us each and every day without compromise and dedicates herself to the children in every way. She is our foundation.
Jason:
Jason is a great father, husband and friend. He has strong values, is very hard working and ensures we have what we need.
He is very funny and silly, always keeping us laughing. He is a wonderful role model for the children. Jason likes spending his spare time with his family, working on computers and practicing his golf swing.
Christian and Gabriel:
Christian is our oldest son. He is very smart, sensitive, caring and active. He participates in football and baseball at our local recreational park. He enjoys spending time playing with his friends, whether it is playing football, video games, riding bikes, or just hanging with his friends. He is very excited about having another brother or sister.
Gabriel is a creative, affectionate, sensitive, and smart boy. He enjoys playing video games, Legos, and painting. He plays baseball at the local recreational park. He enjoys going to school and learning new things. He is very excited to be a first-time big brother.
Our Home:
We live in Georgia, in an established neighborhood that offers a swimming pool with a children’s wading pool, two ponds, a playground, walking trail and two tennis courts. Local parks, schools and library are a couple miles away. Our home is a four-bedroom ranch on a full finished basement, with a playroom that has plenty of space for kids to play, as well as a great backyard.
Closing:
Your child will be loved unconditionally throughout their lives. They will be encouraged to try new things and to follow their dreams. We will do everything in our power to provide the best life possible for your child. We are willing to send pictures, letters, and have possible visits if that’s what you are wishing. Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about our family.
