Dear Birthmother,

We would love for you to share with us your hopes and dreams for your child’s future. Even though we can’t really know what you are going through, we can promise you we will be as supportive and involved as you want us to be through this journey. Sharon’s excited to be a stay-at-home mom and Jeff will be a very involved and devoted dad. If you want, we will share letters and photos with you, would cherish being at your baby’s birth and are open to considering future visits as we get to know each other. We wish you peace and comfort and thank you for getting to know us.

Our Together Time…
Our together time includes dinner and talks every day, movie and snack nights, pool parties, BBQ’s, baseball season, Disney World trips, relaxing meditations, and sometimes working out!
     
Our families live close and we are together often enjoying great home-cooked meals, birthday celebrations, outdoor fun and playing games.
     
We look forward to our yearly vacation to New England and New York in the fall. Our favorite family tradition is having Thanksgiving dinner every year. We value our Catholic faith with God a part of our daily lives.
   
Our daughter, Darci, is “sooo excited to have a sibling”! She comes home often from college to visit.

Our K-9 kids, Molli and Miya, are sweet and playful. We adopted them from a rescue group who we help with matching pets with their forever families. We love animals, especially dogs and it feels good to give back.

From Jeff’s Heart…
I’m Darci’s dad since she was six. I remember coaching sports, helping with homework and art projects, carving Halloween pumpkins, walking to school, making mac-n-cheese and her first date! I will cherish memorable times like these and more with your child. I like music, martial arts, landscaping and playing softball, golf and the drums. I’m a big sports fan, especially baseball.
   
Sharon’s made our home a warm place I love coming home to. She throws awesome parties and is a great cook, her sausage and peppers dish is the bomb! She’s naturally great with kids, is a good listener and helpful problem solver and is thoughtful, giving and supportive.

From Sharon’s Heart…
I was a young mom and struggled as a single parent for awhile and God sent me Jeff. Family is his #1 priority. He’s a wonderful provider, a big kid at heart and he does the funniest impressions! He’s the go-to guy for help or advice and makes our family BBQ’s and French toast breakfasts like a pro!  
   
I like decorating, scrap booking, antiquing, reality TV and cool days outside. I have great “mom memories” and I’m excited to make so many memories with your child like having birthday parties, chaperoning dances and field trips, cuddling with bedtime stories, playing at the park, setting up the first place away from home and many more!

Our Home, Our Haven is in a quiet and safe country area on one and a half fenced acres in sunny Florida. We like doing home improvement projects and decorating our home for all the holidays, especially Christmas. We’ve been actively “going green”; we’ve made changes that will benefit our environment and help to conserve energy.  Our community has lots of fun kids’ events we’re excited to enjoy with your child. We love decorating the nursery and are using Sharon’s grandparent’s furniture we recently re-finished.

We will be actively involved parents, good role models, pass on our strong family values and morals and give your child lots of praise and hugs & kisses! We are thankful to be financially secure so your child will have a stay-at-home mom and a good education. We’re excited to go trick or treating, on Easter egg hunts, to sports games, martial arts or dance classes and so much more!

We hope to adopt again so your child has a sibling to grow up with. Our children will always know their adoption stories and you will always be a special part of our family.
