Dear Birthmother,

Thank you for stopping to learn about us.  We are Jeff and Tracy.  We are a fun and active Christian couple and we both share a strong desire to become parents.  We have a loving, stable marriage. A child will be a blessing for us and we can’t wait to adopt our first child.  We are unable to have a child biologically and are very happy God led us to adoption early on.  We are happy to keep in touch with you if you are comfortable and we look forward to talking with you. 

About Us
We have a relationship built on trust, love, and compassion for each other.  We have been together for three years.  We love taking walks with our two dogs and stopping to talk to neighbors.  We also enjoy movies, bike rides, and sporting events. 

We work opposite shifts, which means that your child will always have at least one of us home.  Both of us will take a couple months off work after we adopt so we can all get to know each other as a new family.  We love to spend a lot of time with our extended family and are all very close.  Everyone is very excited for us to become parents!

Meet Tracy
From the day I met Tracy she has expressed a love for children.  Tracy became an instant favorite for my younger nieces and nephews.  She has shown a natural ability to be a great mother.  Tracy is my best friend and love of my life, I love talking to her whether it is serious or just about her day.  Tracy has recently taken up jazzercise.  Tracy also enjoys baking, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family.

Meet Jeff
I am so lucky to have found Jeff to spend my life with.  We met in our apartment building and became friends quickly.  Jeff is a fantastic cook and won me over through good food and good conversation.  I felt an instant connection through our shared faith, values, and dreams for the future.  Jeff is a wonderful man and the love of my life. 

Jeff loves soccer and taking the dogs to the dog park.  He always keeps me laughing and helps me not take myself too seriously.  He is a wonderful godfather and uncle.  Jeff has cousins who were adopted and understands the firsthand the love through adoption.

Our Home and Pets
We just built a new home in a quiet area of Wisconsin.  Most of our neighbors are firefighters, police officers, and teachers.  We all look out for one another and our homes. 

We have a two story home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths.  We are so happy to be settled in our new home and ready to welcome a baby home.  Right now we have two dogs and a cat.  Our cat, Thunderpaws, is the princess.  Lenny is a “Schoodle” who loves to cuddle and Favre is a cattledog who loves to play catch.

Our Family and Faith
Our family is so excited for us to become parents.  They can’t wait to shower your child with love!  We pray with our family and regularly attend the same church Jeff grew up in.  Both sides of our family are very close.  We talk often and spend the holidays together as well as Sunday meals.

We will love your child unconditionally.  We will teach your child to be a loving, respectful person and offer your child every opportunity we can in life.  We will provide a secure and loving home that is full of laughter.  We will always listen to hopes, dreams and fears.  We will also celebrate and share your child’s heritage and the special way they were brought into our lives through adoption. 

We are open to sharing letters and pictures as often as you are comfortable, and discussing the possibility of visits later on.
