Thank you for your desire to learn more about our family. We live in the safe and beautiful state of Oregon. Our married years have been full of love, laughter, and joy. Due to our inability to bring a pregnancy to full-term, we feel God has led us to adoption to fulfill our dreams of being parents together. We see you as another blessing that God has brought into our lives. How important you are to us and we can’t wait to get to know you as you get to know us!

About Jeffrey
Jeffrey is all I have ever wanted in a husband, father, and most of all, friend. There isn’t anything I can’t talk to him about and he’s always there to hold me when I’m tired, scared, or just need a hug. He’s fun, funny and so compassionate towards those in need. He keeps me laughing and calms me when life gets too hectic. Jeffrey always puts his family first, even above himself.

Jeffrey has been a guide and father to my children in their volatile teenaged years and they adore him. He’s someone they can talk to without fear of condemnation or judgment. He loves to read, watch movies, walk on the beach and target shoot. He even enjoys antique shopping with me!

About Brenda
Brenda is what I have always wanted in wife, mother, and friend. She is fun-loving, happy, a great listener, a great wife and mother, and can bring a smile to my face regardless of the most hectic day at work. She always makes sure we are well taken care of and need for little. I am honored that I am her husband and father to her children. Brenda is compassionate, thoughtful, and has a lot to give as a mother and a wife.

About Jason & Jennifer
Jason is 21 and has been on his own for two years now. Jennifer is 18, just graduated from high school, and will be attending our local community college this fall. Both of our children are kind, compassionate and always ready to help those who need them. They are both so excited at the opportunity of having a baby brother or sister in the house.

Our Home
We live in a three bedroom, two-bath, home with a very open floor plan. The house is built on a two-acre meadow surrounded by forest land, with trees to climb, and creeks to splash in, a swing in a tree near the house, many places to build a tree fort, and places to play hide and seek as well.

We are located only three miles from the hospital, 10 miles from town, with many local parks, 20 minutes from National parks and attractions and an hour and a half from the best beach on the Oregon coast. Only four hours away are children's museums, the zoo, and amusement parks. We believe that children grow and learn not just from books, but also in experiencing different cultures for themselves.

Our Extended Family
We live on 47 acres, along with Brenda’s entire extended family in their respective homes, which has been in the family for 100 years. We gather for every birthday and holiday. We have a small farm with two 4-H project sheep as well as three dogs, four cats and a fish. We are a culturally diverse family consisting of African-American/Asian/Native American and Caucasian. We believe that a child of any race would feel not only welcome, but also immediately accepted as family by all.

Our Faith
Christ is our strength, comfort, and reason for living, not only for us, but also for others. Our church is a family. We pray together, worship together and serve the community together. We are actively involved in small groups and in ministries throughout the church. We will raise your child to know God as loving, healing and sustaining in good times and in bad.
