Hi there! We are a young, outdoor-loving couple ready to offer your child love, security and a large extended family. We are college sweethearts and have been married nearly 10 years. After experiencing infertility, we hope to create a family through adoption. We are so excited to become parents and will be honored to share our lives with you.

About Us
We love to travel and enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and camping. We take annual trips to the beach with family and friends. We spend our vacation deep sea fishing, playing on the beach and eating seafood.

At home Sarah is always trying out new recipes, while Jeffrey perfects his grilling techniques. When we aren't entertaining, you can find us curled up on the couch watching movies, walking our dogs or gardening.
We've had many blessings during our marriage. Starting our family through adoption will be the greatest blessing yet!

About Sarah (by Jeffrey)
I was attracted to Sarah's curly hair, her smile, values, family, and especially her positive outlook on life. Sarah is caring, loving and compassionate. She regularly volunteers her time and is known throughout our community as a person who gives back.

Sarah raises money for college scholarships and will continue working after your baby arrives. We are blessed that her mother will be caring for your child in our home. Sarah is very organized and is already preparing the nursery with a collection of children's books.

About Jeffrey (by Sarah)
The one thing you'll remember and quickly come to love about Jeffrey is his laugh. That contagious chuckle is undeniable and probably the thing that first attracted me to Jeffrey. He has an energy about him that makes you feel on top of the world!

I am confident that Jeffrey will be a wonderful father. He is caring and supportive and has a wonderful way with children. Perhaps because he is sometimes just a big kid himself! Jeffrey never misses a chance to have fun and share a laugh.

Our Home and Community
We live in Sarah's hometown in Mississippi. Our state university is close, so every day is filled with activity. We have wonderful schools, parks and a strong sports league, as well as art, music and theatre programs for kids. Your child will have opportunities found in a large city, but the safety and security of a small town.

We love our home! We live in a three bedroom, two bath home in an established neighborhood with trees and quiet streets. It is not uncommon for the street to be temporarily blocked off while a gaggle of kids play baseball. Dads cautiously wave cars through between innings!

Our Family
We are both from extremely tight-knit families. Our families will actively help in raising your child. Our families have supported us through each step of our journey and all are excited about our adoption.

Jeffrey's parents live in Alabama and will move closer after their retirement. His parents are wonderful cooks and we love their pound cake! Jeffrey's big sister lives an hour away with her husband and two children.

Sarah's parents live in the house she grew up in. Sarah is the oldest of four children and dreams of having a large family. Sarah's sister lives in Kentucky with her husband and their son. They chose us as godparents and guardians to their son. Sarah's younger sister is married and lives in our town. Her brother lives with his wife in Alabama.

Our three dogs are family! Our labs are mother and son. Our miniature dachshund joined our family last summer. All are extremely playful and love kids.

Our Faith
We are active Christians who cherish our personal relationship with Christ. We are both committed to raising your child in the church. We believe that surrounding your child with God's love is both a gift and a responsibility.
