Hello! We’re so excited to add to our family through adoption! Thank you for considering us.
Your baby will have a lifetime of love, hugs, kisses and happiness in a love-filled home. There will be adventure and endless opportunities for your baby.
 About Us
We’ve been together for over 12 years and married for over seven years. We have a very happy and solid relationship that’s grounded with love, mutual respect and strong faith. We have a lot of humor in our life, too! We share the same spiritual beliefs, strong moral values and the love of nature and animals. We’re both in excellent physical condition and live a healthy lifestyle.
We’re proud parents of Trae who’s almost four years old. We are blessed beyond measure to have adopted Trae! We have a wonderful and loving relationship with both Trae’s birthparents. We share letters and photos twice a year as well as an occasional phone call.
 About Karinn
Karinn’s artistic, creative and outgoing. She enjoys cooking great meals from scratch, photography, gardening and singing – even if it’s off key! She helps at church with Sunday school and Summer camp. She also volunteers at Trae’s preschool with reading and other activities.
Karinn’s very attentive, nurturing and protective by nature so she’s a devoted, loving and patient mom. She puts her family first and is a dedicated stay-at-home mom and wife.
 About Jim
Jim’s easy-going, patient and very level-headed. He’s got a huge heart; so loving and generous to his family, friends and employees. He has a great mind and vision which has made him very successful with his construction business which he started 25 years ago. He has a great sense of humor (a bit of a goofball) and is very adventurous. Sometimes he could be off looking for arrowheads or donning his bee suit to check out a beehive!
His biggest interests are anything outdoor-related; landscaping, gardening, and bicycling. Jim’s a big kid at heart so he’s a fantastic daddy with his energy and enthusiasm for everything he does. Jim’s an amazing hands-on daddy and devoted husband.
 Our Son, Trae
Trae has been described by numerous people as “magical." He’s loving, affectionate and very thoughtful. He’s very funny and quite a character with his big personality! Trae enjoys preschool at Montessori where all his teachers say he’s very smart, funny, and so well-mannered. He’s very gentle and loving with our two dogs, Jami and Minki. Trae excited to be a big brother and says he wants a baby sister to love and cuddle.

Our two precious Yorkie dogs (Jami’s 10 years old and Minki’s eight years old) give us tremendous joy. They’re really great with Trae, other children and other dogs. Everyone who meets them adores them because they’re so friendly, happy, well trained and very cute!
 Our Home
We live in a quiet, peaceful, private, upscale neighborhood in a suburban community in Missouri. We have access to all kinds of wonderful things like museums, theatre, sports, zoo and top-notch schools and hospitals. Our home is beautiful, warm, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained with a very large yard with a view of our lake. It’s next to a fantastic small park. We have nature and wildlife all around us! It’s magical to be in our back yard! We love our home; it’s our paradise and slice of heaven on earth!
Our Family
We’re lucky to have our loving family and friends who are very supportive. We’re a very close family. Karinn’s mom and dad live 15 minutes away and adore their grandchildren! Jim’s from a big family – youngest of six. Our families are very loving and down-to-earth bunch.
