Hello, we are Jim and Susan. Thank you for taking time to learn about us. We are eager to share with you more about our lives and dream of growing our family through adoption. About Us:
We are a happy, financially secure couple and have been married for thirteen years. We are grateful for the gift of our eleven year old son Timothy, and have always wanted more children. After several years of infertility, we are truly thrilled about adopting.

We love spending time together as a couple and as a family. We enjoy vacationing to the beach or to the mountains to ski and also love amusement parks and other outdoor activities. We have a strong Christian faith and attend church weekly. Our love and commitment to God and to each other is the foundation of our daily lives.

About Jim:
Jim is a wonderful husband and father. He is devoted, loyal and kind. He has a big heart and a great sense of humor. Jim is soft spoken, even tempered and his positive outlook is evident in all he does.

Jim has a degree in industrial management and runs his own real estate investment company. He is involved in all aspects of our son's life. Jim has a strong sense of integrity. To him, life is about love, opportunity, and respect for ones self and toward others. He is athletic and enjoys many sports.

About Susan:
Susan is a wonderful person, loving wife, compassionate friend and selfless mother. She is tender hearted and a kind soul. I love her smile, laugh and sense of humor. Her family is always a priority. She enjoys, walking, reading, shopping, baking, and watching her old favorite television shows on Nick at Nite.

Susan is a wealth of knowledge concerning the care of children including their health, well-being and educational needs. She has always been involved in playgroups and children's activities. Susan thrives with her responsibility as a mother. She has a gift for being able to reach and make a connection with children. Susan has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education.

About Timothy:
Our son is a warm, fun-loving, thoughtful little boy. He has an engaging smile and wonderful giggle that always lets you know how happy he is. He is friendly and social and loves school and sports.

Timothy enjoys the security of family and has always had a love for babies and small children. He has a gentle spirit and loves being around people. He will be an exceptional big brother.

Our Home and Neighborhood:
We have made our home in a beautiful suburban area of western Pennsylvania. We live in a four-bedroom stone house which we recently built. Our home is located on a cul-de-sac in a family orientated community with swimming pools, parks and a community center. We often get together with our neighbors for family activities and other social events. We love living here because it is a wonderful and safe environment to raise children.

Our Families:
Both of us come from large families. Jim is one of seven siblings and Susan is one of five. We both have many family members living in our area including parents, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. All of them are very supportive and excited about the prospect of us adopting and cannot wait to share in the experience. Because of how close our family is, they will play a very important and positive role in our new baby's life.
