Dear Birthmother,

We are so thankful for the opportunity to tell you a little bit about ourselves.  We are a very happy, financially stable and secure Christian couple that has been married for over twelve years.  We look forward to sharing our love and lives with another child, and we are very excited about adding to our family though adoption.     

About Us...
We are best friends and are deeply in love with each other.  Our marriage has grown stronger with each passing year.  Together we enjoy going for walks, playing racquetball, and traveling with the kids.

We met in college, fell in love, and married one year later.  We have experienced two miscarriages and have been blessed with two beautiful girls and a precious little boy.  Although we have biological children, we know that adoption is right for our family and are choosing to adopt our next child.    

Meet My Wife, Kim...
Kim is an amazing woman that I admire and love with all of my heart.  Her compassion for others is second to none.  Kim is a very patient and positive person and has a wonderful outlook on life.  She enjoys scrapbooking and cooking, and loves to have fun.  I have always admired Kim’s intelligence and insight. 

Every impression that Kim has left on our kids’ lives has been beautiful.  She is a wonderful mother who is completely dedicated to our family.  I stand in awe of her ability to nurture and instruct our children.  The depth of Kim’s love is immeasurable. 

Meet My Husband, Joe...
Joe is my best friend and is a wonderful Christian husband and father.  He has an incredible sense of humor and can always make me smile.  He is a very involved father and never misses an opportunity to spend time with the kids. 

Joe is always willing to help a friend or neighbor regardless of the circumstances.  He loves a good college football game, fishing, golf, and spending time with friends and family.  Joe is a loving and devoted father and can’t wait to be Daddy again! 

Two Little Princesses
and One Little Prince…
We have two beautiful and energetic girls named Haley and Lauren and a precious little boy named Luke.  Haley is seven and enjoys singing, playing the piano, golfing with Joe, and running mini-marathons.  Lauren is three and loves to sing, dance, dress up, and play outside.  Both of the girls love books, puzzles and watching movies.  Luke was born in July 2008 and is easy-going and happy.  He loves watching and playing with his big sisters and is fascinated with the TV.  The kids love to be chased, tickled and just act silly with mommy and daddy.

Our Family...
Our families are wonderful, Christian people who are fun to be around and adore their grandchildren. Our children love to spend the night with their grandparents. Everyone in our family is ecstatic about our decision to adopt and is looking forward to meeting, loving, and spoiling this precious new baby. 

Our Home...
We live in a four bedroom, two bath home in a small neighborhood in Alabama.  We have lots of young families and kids in our neighborhood that are always playing together.  We have a large fenced in back yard with a playhouse, swingset, trampoline, and tons of riding toys! 

Our Faith...
We are both strong Christians and are very involved in our church.  We believe that a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is the most important part of being a Christian.  We are raising our children with that same belief.  Your child will be brought up hearing Bible stories, having daily devotionals, and being taught to have a personal relationship with our Lord.

We also pray that it has given you some comfort in knowing that your child will grow up being loved unconditionally.  He or she will also be taught morals, values, faith, self-esteem, and the value of an education.  Your child will be given every opportunity to excel in the areas where God has gifted him or her.
