Anything with the kids. We both enjoy playing racquetball and spending time with family and friends. Joe enjoys golf, fishing, and sports. Kim enjoys scrapbooking and cooking. |
| Our Faith |
Christian - We are very active in our church. Joe is a deacon, a leader in AWANA, and a member of the visitation team. Kim is on the Finance Committee and the Women’s Ministry team. Together we teach the 9th through 12th grade Sunday School class. At Christmas every year, we get a birthday cake and have a “Happy Birthday Jesus” party. We talk about the true meaning of Christmas and why we celebrate it so the kids remember it’s not all about getting presents (even though they get more than enough gifts). |

| About Our Home |
We live in a four bedroom, two bath home in a small neighborhood in Alabama. We have a large fenced-in back yard with a playhouse, swingset, and tons of riding toys! Our home is located in a very good school system. We live less than a mile from the local elementary school and high school. We have several friends and neighbors that are teachers at our elementary school, which makes us feel good knowing that our children will have familiar faces helping them at school! |

We live in a very small neighborhood that is only three dead-end streets, so there is no through traffic. We have lots of young families and kids in our neighborhood that are always playing together. |
