| Our Special Interests |
Corinne served as a hike leader for our city for many years and recently returned for the biggest city hike of the year as a participant, joined by both John and Christina!
John is an elected leader of a Catholic men’s service organization. He chairs an annual event for Special Olympics, and is currently preparing to entertain guests at an upcoming fundraiser in our community. |
| Our Faith |
We are active members of our Catholic church where Corinne serves as a reader for Sunday Mass and John is an instructor for our adult religious education program. We host an ongoing Bible study group in our home and host a party to celebrate the Epiphany of our Lord each year. We want our children to know of God's love for all of us. |
| Our Musical Interest |
Corinne has played piano since she was a little girl, particularly enjoying Beethoven, Mozart and Scott Joplin. Lately “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” has been a favorite at our house.
John enjoys piano and guitar and will also pick up our accordion when inspired! He grew up performing song and dance numbers in community theater productions and is known in our community for his performance ability.
Christina is an Abba aficionado and lights up with delight when Dean Martin is played. We suspect her Dean Martin attraction is from dancing in her daddy’s arms as an infant as he practiced his songs. We cannot explain her love for Abba, but her birthmom says she liked them too. |
| About Our Home |
Our house is on a corner location with views of nearby hills. We have four bedrooms, three full baths, and two fireplaces. Lots of windows add sunshine throughout the day. Our kitchen is the hub of activity with a breakfast area that looks out to our backyard where a playhouse and boat-shaped sandbox are sources of fun for our daughter. She has room to ride her car in the safety of the yard and gets excited whenever she spots Hermadine (the tortoise) walking around out there. On cool evenings, we enjoy roasting marshmallows in our fire pit. |

| Our Neighborhood |
We have two parks in walking distance to our home, with toddler-sized play equipment. One has a fountain where families gather to go wading. We are about ten miles from the ocean and in close proximity to the local zoo, The Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and Sea World. |
