Dear Birthmother,

Thank you for considering us as a possible family for your child.  We were blessed with the birth of our son eight years ago but have been unable to add to our family.  We are so excited to expand our family through adoption.  Our loved ones are also excited that we have chosen to adopt.

About Us
We met at a church picnic 19 years ago and have been married 13 years.  After five years of marriage, our son Hardy was born, but after three years of miscarriages and infertility treatments, we realized that God had another plan for us.  We are thrilled to be adding to our family through adoption.

Both of us were raised as Christians and we attend church on a regular basis as well as Hardy attending Sunday school.

We enjoy relaxing at home and spending time with family and friends.  We like the outdoors and playing outside with Hardy.  We enjoy short trips to various cities to visit relatives.  We also enjoy a fishing trip to the coast every Labor Day weekend with family and friends. 

Keith About Denise
Denise is my best friend, a loving wife and great mom.  The first day I met her I found not only is she beautiful on the outside but she is also beautiful on the inside.  She is a caring, sweet and outgoing person.  She is the one I confide in and trust with everything. 

Denise loves reading, photography and enjoys spending as much time a she can with family and friends.  She is good with the computer and keeps our household running smoothly.  Denise has a degree in Office Systems Technology and has been a realtor for eight years and the broker of her own company two years.   

Denise About Keith
Keith is a wonderful father, husband and my best friend.  He is honest, sincere and sensitive to everyone around him.  He enjoys coaching soccer and baseball for Hardy’s teams.  He enjoys working outdoors in the yard and playing softball with his friends.  Keith has a degree in Criminal Justice and is a Lieutenant Deputy Sheriff for the local Sheriff’s Office and has been there over 18 years.  

Keith is a great father to Hardy.   He enjoys teaching him to drive the riding lawn mower, playing baseball and soccer with him in our yard and helping him with his homework. 

About Hardy
Hardy is an active eight year old.  He is a good student and enjoys math and science.  He loves sports, particularly soccer and baseball.  He is a quick learner and in the summer loves swimming, spending time with his grandparents and playing outside.  He is a typical boy who likes many superhero characters. 

Hardy is excited about having a sibling and often prays about our adoption plans.  He loves all of our pets and animals in general.  He likes to help his “Opa” with the cows and his dad with yard work.  Hardy enjoys being around his cousins and we know he’ll make a great big brother.

Our Home in Texas
Our home is situated in a rural subdivision.  We have two acres and there are all kinds of wildlife around us.  We live next door to Denise’s parents who own 11 acres of land and have a few head of cattle.  There is a school bus that stops at our drive-way to pick up and drop off Hardy for school.  We know most of our neighbors and we have a number of friends and family living in the neighborhood.   

Family
Keith has a brother and sister who are both married, four nieces and one nephew and his mother.  Denise has a brother who is married and her parents live next door.  We are close to our families and they are supportive of our plans to adopt.  We share weekly dinners with Denise’s family at each other’s houses. With Keith’s family we share a number of holidays including, an annual Christmas Eve get-together.  We also share these events with Denise’s family as well. 

In Closing
We believe that God has led us to adoption.  We know that we have so much love to offer your child.  We will forever share with your child the special way he or she was brought into our lives.  We are open to sharing letters and photos if you wish.
