We are so excited that you are taking the time to get to know us!  We have always been excited about adopting. We are a young, fun-loving, Christian couple who have been waiting for the blessings of our first child. 

About Us
We met in high school and have been married for 12 wonderful years.  We have experienced infertility issues, and two miscarriages.  Through these experiences we learned that God will not lead us where His Grace can’t sustain us.

We are a strong, communicative couple who love God.  We love to spend our evenings cooking supper together and talking about how our day went.  We enjoy going for walks with our dog.

We love to camp, have bonfires, grill and get together with our families.  Both our families camp together every year.

We like to travel; our most recent trip was to Texas.  We love to learn about different aspects of history, geography and nature.  We highly value education, and try to learn from everything we do in our lives.
           
About Matthew
Matthew is the most caring person I know!  His quick wit and sense of humor leads to lots of fun, laughing moments.  He is very logical thinker.  I have seen first hand the love that he gives, and it never ceases to amaze me.  He is genuine, kind-hearted and an overall nice guy!  Matthew loves hunting and has formed a bond with my father and uncles that will last for generations. 

Matthew is the core of his family.  He is the middle child and his brothers and sisters look up to him. 

Matthew is Vice President and Network Administrator of a computer company.  He is very hardworking and has been with the company for 12 years. 

About Sarah
Sarah completes me.  She brings a balance to my life that I otherwise would not have.  Sarah loves to read and enjoys yard work.              

Sarah has a gift that allows her to interact with children easily.  It is amazing to see children warm up to her right away.  She is a spiritual person and loves God with all her heart. 

She can relate to kids so well and will make an excellent mother.  Sarah has managed a classroom of students with ease when she substitute teaches in the local elementary school.  She respects the students and they are respectful to her.  She makes the kids laugh and they look forward to having her teach them.

Our Faith

Matthew is very busy in our church.  He loves God with all of his heart and desires to serve him daily.  Sarah is a member of the Children’s Education Ministry and has taught children’s Bible classes.  Sarah has a kind heart of Jesus and loves to share with those around her.

We are extremely close to our families, regardless of distance.  Our families are very supportive of our adoption and excited for us.  We come together at one place with both families for several occasions throughout the year.  Your child would have many cousins to play with.
