Thank you for taking the time to learn about us. We are very excited to fulfill our dream of becoming first-time parents through adoption. We live in a beautiful mountain resort town in California where we enjoy an active lifestyle. We have a very strong, stable relationship and we look forward to providing a nurturing, loving, and supportive family life for your child.

About Us:
We met through a mutual friend five years ago and have been happily married for two and a half years. We have a loving relationship and strive to support each other unconditionally. We have always believed adoption could play a role in building our family, and when we faced infertility we knew that adopting was the path for us.

We will both be able to spend quality time at home raising a child because Mike works from our house and Brandee sets her own part-time schedule. We love to travel to new places and discover other cultures. Together, we spend a lot of time in the outdoors skiing, snowboarding, surfing, biking, hiking, and climbing.

About Brandee:
Brandee’s beauty, loving personality, and enthusiasm for outdoor activities convinced me she was the ‘one.’ She is an amazing wife who has made our house into a warm and inviting home.  She is smart, supportive, passionate, and is always planning our next vacation adventure.

Brandee has a degree in Architecture and is a talented designer. She shows her artistic side when decorating the house and planning for the holidays. She enjoys many sports and activities, but her favorites are surfing and yoga. Whether watching her play with her nephew or entertaining kids at family get-togethers, Brandee’s compassion and caring nature make her a favorite aunt. I couldn’t wish for a better wife to begin a family with and look forward to seeing her become a mother.

About Mike:
One of the first things I noticed about Mike was that his smile completely lights up his face and how at ease I was around his relaxed and calm personality. He is playful, kind, intelligent, caring and most of all, loving. Mike is an athletic, energetic person who enjoys spending time on home remodeling projects or having fun outdoors enjoying one of his favorite sports.

Mike is a mechanical engineer and also donates time to the community by being a volunteer fireman. Mike is a natural when it comes to children and they love to play and joke with him. I have no doubt Mike would make a wonderful father to your baby as he is completely devoted to his family’s needs.

Our Home and Community:
We live in a small, friendly, safe, and beautiful mountain resort town in California. Your child will be able to play in the snow during the winter and enjoy warm summers in the mountains. Our town is surrounded by National Forest and we are located within a few blocks of lakes, streams, hiking trails, a ski mountain, schools, parks, a community center and so much more. Our home is on a quiet family-filled street and has four bedrooms, two and a half baths with a large kitchen, living room, and dining room. We have a large enclosed back yard that will be filled with outdoor toys and a play set.

Our Family and Pets:
We are both fortunate to have grown up in loving families whom we are still very close with. We see them many times a year at holidays, family vacations and a yearly family reunion. Our families have always been happy and supportive in our plans for adoption.

We both love animals and feel our home would be empty without the furry ones running around. Clancy, our cat, is a fluffy, de-clawed Persian that loves to cuddle. Our dog, Hurley, is a happy and friendly Labrador mix who loves going for hikes and playing in the snow.

We promise to love your child unconditionally and welcome him or her into our home and hearts fully. We will provide your child every educational opportunity possible to fulfill their dreams. We believe adoption is a blessing and would be forever grateful to have your child be a part of our life.
