Dear Birthmother,

We are excited and grateful for the opportunity to share our lives with you. God placed us on this journey of adopting a child or maybe even two. We are ready and able to offer a child a creative, fun, loving, secure and happy home.

About Us
We met in church and instantly became friends. We discovered we had a lot in common: values, family upbringing, and our love for God. Our belief is that marriage is a partnership in all aspects; from household chores to raising a child.

We enjoy watching movies, sporting events, and walks or bike rides. Working in the yard is a hobby and we have created a nice outdoor living space. It is a great place to relax any time of day.

Traveling is our passion. Our favorite trip was out West, where we took a train through the Rockies, rode horses near Arches National Park and saw a gorgeous star lit sky. Other trips have taken us to Mexico, Seattle and Branson. We enjoy visiting family in Alabama and the Gulf Coast beach. We look forward to many fun filled family vacations to share with our child.

My Wife, Julie
Julie is my best friend and I am blessed she is my wife. Her love for Christ is what I admire the most. Julie makes me feel special, with a home-cooked meal, a relaxing back rub or a simple "I love you." She is an excellent cook and hostess who loves to plan parties. She even makes beautiful floral arrangements!

She has a great job in the insurance industry with a flexible schedule working from home.   Julie's parents live nearby and will be watching our child when Julie has outside appointments.

She is always encouraging to me and others, especially her nieces and nephews. Every time she is around them her nurturing nature is evident.  There is no doubt in my mind she will be wonderful mom! I can't wait to grow our family with her.

My Husband, Mike
Mike has many talents I admire. He has a God-given ability to draw and oil paint. His great sense of humor keeps our home filled with laughter. A master on the grill, everyone raves about his cookouts. He enjoys all types of sports; whether it is a great football game or playing a game of tennis.

Serving our country in the Navy provided an opportunity to see the world. Now, he has a secure job in the medical supply field. If he starts something he will finish it and he will do it right!

Mike goes out of his way to make me feel special, leaving notes for me to find throughout my day. He believes becoming a parent will be life's biggest challenge but will be life's biggest reward. He is gentle and loving and I know he will make a wonderful dad!

Our Home
We love our Oklahoma home! We have a spacious but cozy two story brick home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The nursery is connected to the master bedroom. It is in a nice neighborhood with lots of kids and its own playground. The schools are high quality and close to home.

Family and Faith
We see family often to celebrate birthdays, holidays, and any fun thing that comes along! Whether it is our Christmas stocking tradition or playing croquet, laughter is always abundant. Our parents are all anxiously awaiting a new grandchild to love. We each have two siblings and a total of seven nieces and nephews. Our family's response to adoption was awesome.

We attend church weekly and enjoy involvement in projects for the church and community. It is important that our child knows the love of Jesus. We are prayerful people and listen for God to respond. Because of this, we know we are to create our family through adoption.

Our Hopes and Dreams
You can be sure that your child will be loved unconditionally by us and all of our family and friends. We will provide a loving and secure home for your child; as well as, the encouragement to pursue their dreams.
