Dear Birthmother,

Hi there!  We appreciate you taking the time to get to know us.  After years of infertility treatments, God's plan for us has become clear.  Our hearts and arms are wide open, and we are so excited to build our family through adoption.  We can hardly wait to welcome a new baby into our home full of love, faith, and stability.  We are "over the moon" about becoming new parents!

About Us…
We started out as high school sweethearts and have now been married for 12 years!  We are so fortunate to have a foundation built on love, respect, and trust.  We blend our backgrounds of German, French, and Hispanic with our traditions, food, and even languages.  Your baby will be exposed to English and Spanish!  We feel extremely blessed, and proud to be a military family with so much diversity and adventure in our lives.

We are practicing Catholics and are active in our church community.  Our faith in God and His plan for us is what guides us to be better people and partners to each other.  We know this same faith will guide us as partners in parenting as well!

Education is important to us, and we believe it to be a key to greater opportunity.  Ramiro has a Master's in Business Administration and is full-time active duty Air Force.  Brenda has a Master's in Clinical Speech Pathology and works part-time as a Speech-Language Pathologist.  Your baby will be encouraged and supported to pursue a higher education.

About Brenda…by Ramiro
Brenda can be described as intellectual, loving, strong willed, moral, and most of all she loves the Lord!  As my wife, she is faithful, committed, and very compassionate.  Brenda makes it easy for people to love her.  She is an open-minded person with great values.  Brenda is all about the "family first" concept, which is one my favorite things about her.  She is my best friend, life long partner, and my backbone.

Brenda has a natural ability to be nurturing, understanding, and comforting to children.  Rest assured that she will love your child unconditionally, and instill the values and morals that make her such an attractive person.  Starting our family, and watching my wife be a mother, will definitely be a highlight of my life!

About Ramiro…by Brenda
Ramiro is the most committed, faithful, God-fearing man I know.  He is strong and powerful, yet playful and softhearted.  Ramiro is quite the jokester, and he makes me laugh until I cry!  He encourages every ambition and supports every dream.  He is truly my best friend.

Playing and watching sports is one of Ramiro's favorite things.  His favorite team is the San Diego Chargers, and we love watching games together.  Ramiro plays on his squadron's football and softball teams.  He coaches the football team too!

Ramiro's heart is genuine, and he always does what is best for those around him.  He is so patient and positive.  I love seeing his eyes light up when we talk about starting our family.  He's going to be an amazing daddy!

Our Family…
The majority of Ramiro's family live in California and New Mexico.  Both of his grandmothers are still living, which is wonderful.  He dotes on them every chance he gets!  Ramiro has countless aunts, uncles, and cousins.  His family gatherings are rich with Hispanic tradition.

Brenda's father, mother, and brother live in Indiana.  She has five beautiful nieces, one handsome nephew, and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.  Summers with Brenda's family are spent water skiing, swimming, and playing outdoor games at her brother's lake home.  Other times of the year are full of cooking, baking, and more family fun!   Everyone is so excited to meet the newest member of the family!

Our Home…
We currently live in Italy on an Air Force assignment.  We have a three-bedroom home that sits on a private street, with minimal traffic and surrounded by nature. 

We have a strong support system within our military community.  There is so much activity year around to include biking, traveling, beaches, and snow skiing in the mountains!
