We are excited about becoming parents and will make sure that your child always knows how much she is loved every day. We have a large extended family and can’t wait to share our values and traditions as parents. We would love to learn more about you and your family so that we can help your child know her background and how we came together through adoption.

Andi Shares about Rob
Rob is the most loving person I know. He is honest and sincere at all times.  He consistently goes out of his way to make everyone around him feel warm and welcome. My husband loves me unconditionally and his patience helps me weather any storm.

In Rob’s Words
I absolutely love people and the saying “the more, the merrier” definitely fits me.  I love sports. A few of my favorite things are tailgating at football games, playing golf and running.  Most importantly, I enjoy coming home at the end of the day to spend time with Andi simply having conversation over dinner.

Rob About Andi
Andi has a drive, determination, and focus that is rare. She is strong, but she is also nurturing. She is always helping others and is a comfort to those in times of need.  

In Andi’s Words
I share many of Rob’s interests, except the running…I only run when big bears chase me!  I do however, work out and do Pilates to stay in shape. Some of my hobbies include golfing, gardening and knitting. I love photography and can't wait to capture your child's life in pictures to share with you through scrapbooking or email, if you like.

Our Home in Alabama
Our home is situated on a large wooded lot on the golf course. We have a huge back yard, and our home is spacious yet comfortable and inviting. We have filled it with furniture handed down from family and tons of family photos. We love to read and have built a small cozy library complete with large armchairs and window seats.

Our neighborhood is filled with many children and great family activities. Friday nights during the summer are movie nights and on Saturdays there is a farmers market. Our neighborhood has three swimming pools, playgrounds, and baseball and soccer fields.

We have a room ready for the nursery that has a large bay window with a window seat where we can imagine reading stories with your child.

Our Families
Our families are excited about our plans to adopt and we can’t wait to create new memories with your child.

Rob’s extended family is from the southeastern United States. When we get together, the game playing and story telling goes on to the wee hours. There is no doubt that your child will be enriched by the traditions, strong faith and love that my family has shown to me throughout the years.

Andi’s family is from Manhattan and Santa Barbara. We love having family on each coast as it gives us great excuses to travel there often.   Her family is large, Irish and fun-loving and every gathering turns into a festive event.

Our Work
Andi is a Nurse Anesthetist and Rob is a Director of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.  After we adopt Andi will take a three-month leave and then go back part-time, working three half days a week. We love our jobs and the people we work with. They are very supportive of our adoption plans and are willing to help us in any way possible.

Our Faith
Our Christian faith is very important and has been an integral role in both of our lives since childhood. We believe that a strong faith provides structure, comfort, and a foundation on which to build morality and integrity.

Looking Forward
We are excited about every aspect of raising a child together and can’t wait to build our family through adoption.  We look forward to supporting your child as she pursues her dreams. We will give her the best educational and college opportunities available, and will support each and every adventure, life experience and career choice she makes. We will surround her with a large extended family that will envelope her with love, and we will share our traditions with your child. We will make sure your child is confident in who she is, and where she came from. We promise to be there every step of the way, as she becomes the perfect person she is meant to be. More than anything, your child will always know how loved and protected she is.
