Dear Birthmother,

Thank you for taking the time to read about us.  We feel fortunate to be considered as parents for your child.  As a couple we have been blessed with children, and we are anxious to add to our family through adoption.  We love God, each other, and our kids.  We love having fun, traveling, and being together with family and friends.  We feel that our family is not complete.  We long to share our lives with another child.

We have been married for fifteen exciting years!  We have shared the little ups and downs of life and have become stronger as a couple.  We are a team.  We love spending time together, traveling, and sharing cherished holiday traditions.

We always wanted a large family.  However, since we can no longer have children, we decided to adopt.  Being parents is the greatest joy of our lives. 

Rory by Talara
Rory is a quiet man with a quick personality.  He is intelligent, honorable, and loving.  He always has time for his family.  I often refer to Rory as the quiet in the storm.  He is a strong Christian man, who believes in God and lives his life accordingly.  On the weekend, Rory loves to work out, read, and play volleyball.

As a father, he is encouraging, loving, patient, and kind.  When he gets home from work, the children run to him for hugs and kisses and to tell him about their day. He leaves roses for no reason, sends cards for the kids, loads the dishwasher, takes us to movies, remembers important days in our life, reads to the kids at night… He is the love of my life and my best friend.

Talara by Rory
Talara brings out the best in me.  She always puts others needs in front of her own.  Her energy is contagious.  Everyone loves being around her, especially the students at the school where she works.  She is a great Christian role model to them as well as her children.  She always gives so much of herself to others through nursing, coaching, and teaching. 

She is also very talented athletically, musically, and academically.  Her love shows when she is helping with homework, fixing lunches, encouraging them, or just snuggling with them on the couch.  They love her being at school where they attend.  Our daughter cannot wait for her mom to be her volleyball coach.  I could not have a better wife or mother for our children.

Our Faith
We were both raised in wonderful Christian homes and are very blessed to have families that love God.  We attend church on a regular basis and have a very supportive church family.  We desire our children to know of God’s love for all of us. 

Our Family
Family and friends play a large part in our lives, keeping us busy and reminding us of the important things in life!

Toryn is our daughter who loves playing volleyball, tennis, the piano, and going to the mountains.  She is intelligent, makes friends easily, and enjoys going to church camp.  

Caden loves to play tennis, baseball, Nintendo DS, and the Wii.  He loves to read and play with other children.  He has a sweet spirit and is very kind. 

Ethan loves life.  He is mischievous and carefree.   Ethan loves to swim, be outdoors, and play Go Fish. 

They are excited to have another brother or sister to love!

Our Community
We live in a rural community in Texas.   We are building our four bedroom, three and a half bath dream home.  We have a large back yard, since we like to BBQ and play volleyball, basketball, and baseball with the kids.  During the evenings, we take walks or ride bicycles.

We believe that children are a true blessing from God.  They are to be cherished, loved, nurtured, and treasured.  We will encourage talents, abilities, and education.  We will raise your child in a Christian home, to recognize family values, experience a variety of activities, and be supported in all that they do.  We will love your child with all of our hearts.
