About Us:
We have been together for seven years and were married a couple years ago. Early on in our relationship, we realized we both had a strong desire to have children. Jennifer has one son, Brendan, who is 10. Sanford is unable to have children due to medical treatments when he was younger. We knew the best option for us to grow our family was adoption.

We enjoy spending time together as a family. We love to travel and see new places, but we also enjoy just hanging out at home, and spending time with our family and friends. We share the same Catholic faith and feel that God is the foundation of our marriage and family. We love to have fun and laugh together.

About Sanford:
Sanford is a very kind, gentle person, with a great sense of humor. He is a wonderful husband and stepfather. He and Brendan became quick "buddies" and their relationship has continued to grow into a loving, caring relationship. I will often find him and Brendan playing video games, playing catch, or talking about comics. His humor and easygoing personality have endeared him to my family and our friends. As a husband, he is very affectionate and loving, and brings a calming balance to our marriage. I love how he can always make me laugh. He is hard working and dedicated to our family and looking forward to raising another child.

About Jennifer:
Jen is a loving, caring and dedicated mother and wife. She is supportive with Brendan as he grows and participates in various activities. She is a fun-loving mom who regularly giggles with Brendan whether it's a tickle match or a joke contest.

Her nieces and nephews love her. They regularly shower her with hugs and kisses. They love to visit their Aunt Jen. As my loving wife, Jennifer is a caring and warm person. I love her smile. I love her sense of humor. I love her laugh. I love her dedication to our family. She loves to curl up with a good book or hang out with Brendan and I, while we're playing. She loves the outdoors and regularly likes to run, walk, or ride.

About Brendan:
Brendan is a 10 year old, happy kid. He loves to laugh, tell jokes, and play with his friends.

He is so excited to become a big brother. He has always wanted a sibling and can't wait to teach his new brother or sister everything he knows. He has five younger cousins who just adore him.

About Our Family:
Jennifer is the oldest of six siblings. Sanford is the second oldest of three brothers and one sister. We have two nieces on Jennifer's side that were adopted, so our family is very open to our decision to adopt. Our families all live close to us and we see them frequently and have lots of family dinners together. There are five cousins and lots of aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends anxiously waiting to welcome another little one into our family. We also have two very friendly, playful dogs, Ani and Zoe.

Our Home:
We live in Missouri. We own a two story, four bedroom, three and a half bath home in a small, quiet subdivision. There are plenty of kids to play with, everyone knows each other and we frequently have get-togethers in "the circle." Our community is stable; people who live in this area tend to stay. There are schools, churches, shopping, restaurants, parks and trails very near our home. We look forward to raising our child in this family oriented community.
