Dear Birthmother,

Thank you for considering us as possible parents for your baby. We have been together nine years and married for six. From the second we met we knew we'd be together forever. When we found out we are unable to have kids biologically, we knew adoption was the right path for us. We are excited to become first-time parents and our families are also very excited and supportive. We know your child will love experiencing all of the seasons that Minnesota weather brings and participate in the many fun activities we enjoy all year round. We’d love to get to know you and are open to keeping in touch with you as much as you would like.

Our Lives Together...
We met at church and were inseparable from then on. We enjoy going for rides on the bike trails by our house, baseball games, traveling to new destinations, and cooking together. We are also leaders of a college-age Bible study. We are members of a large church that has the best childrens programs and activities around. We live in a three bedroom, three bathroom rambler.  We are so excited to become first time parents. We have lots of love to give and we look forward to sharing our active life with your child.

About Julie...
Julie amazes me every day with her dedication to loving and supporting me. She gets up early and makes breakfast and lunch for me. Julie is an organizer and a planner.  She also enjoys exercising and being healthy. Julie is always learning and researching new things. Julie is very outgoing and a genuine "people person." She also has a great sense of humor. We love to laugh together.

During the day, Julie is an Architectural Drafter and draws blueprints of houses for a local builder. She enjoys her job, but is excited to become a stay-at-home mom. She loves to bring our niece to parks and read her books and teach her new things. She is beyond excited to adopt. The way I see Julie interact with our niece and our other friends' kids, I know she will be an excellent mother. 

About Travis...
Travis is an amazing husband and my best friend. Travis is so supportive, caring, and a true family man. When someone calls and wants to get together he drops everything to go spend some time with them.  He is also a great uncle to our niece. When I am watching her he always tries to leave work early so he can come home and spend some time with her. Travis will be a great dad.  

During the day, Travis works as a Web Designer for a national health club. He is also dedicated to providing for our family, so that when we have children I can stay home to raise them. He loves to travel and go on vacations. Travis is a hard worker, but he is able to balance his time well to put his family first. He always does what's best for our family.

About Family...
Both of our families not only live close, but we are also very important to each other. We spend a lot of time together with our families. There is not week that goes by when we do not get together for dinner, play volleyball or just sit around and talk. We plan yearly (or more) vacations with the entire family. Our families are eager to bring another child into all of the excitement. We hope to build a large family because of the joy and fun we’ve experienced in our families. Your child will be loved and spoiled by all the grandparents, aunts and uncles.
