Dear Birthmother,

We are Wayne & Lori, and we want to thank you for learning more about us and getting to know us better. Adoption is a big part of our family. We already know how wonderful adoption is, because Lori was adopted herself, as well as five of her cousins. She had a wonderful experience, and we want to share that with a child through adoption, due to infertility issues. We have dreamt of adopting for many years, and can't wait to start a family. We are excited to be considered as possible adoptive parents for your child.

About Us...
We met each other online, and it became love at first sight. We immediately knew we would be together forever. Having fun in whatever we do is very important to us. We love to laugh whether it is having a fun night out with friends, or just sitting around in front of the TV. We often find ourselves laughing while doing ordinary things together like running errands, and cleaning. We are truly the best of friends. Family, education, friends, and having fun are the most important things to us. We have a huge appetite for life, and love living life to the fullest.

All About Wayne...
Although he's a kid at heart, he's also mature and responsible. He is one of the nicest people I have met in my life. He not only brings light to any room he enters, but he is also my anchor, who I love and adore. He is always there for me. Our friends' kids, and our nieces and nephews gravitate to Wayne because he is so full of life and energy.

Wayne went to culinary school and has worked in many restaurants, and loves to cook at home, too. He loves barbecues the most, and we often invite all our friends and their families over for a taste of the great food he creates. He works in the transportation department of a major hotel here in Nevada, and has been there for many years. He is a major part of the corporation and is an important part of the daily business that is needed to keep the hotel running.

All About Lori...
The only thing bigger than Lori's smile and beautiful blue eyes is her heart! Her sense of humor endears her in the hearts of those close to her. She always finds a way to make me smile, especially when I'm having a bad day. She has the ability to find something funny in almost any situation that will just make me laugh out loud!

After graduating with a degree in psychology, Lori began working in Radio Broadcasting. She works in web design as the Media Technical Director and has the ability to work from home, which will be great when she becomes a mother.

In Lori's spare time she likes to keep up with current events, and entertain friends in our home. She is always arranging dinners and BBQ's to have our friends and families over. She also loves to see the new movies out, or just have a quiet night home, hanging out with me.

I think what you will find most fascinating about Lori is that she was adopted, and had such a great experience growing up. She looks forward to sharing her positive outlook with our child.

Our Home...
We live in a one story, three-bedroom home in Northern Nevada. We are very close to shopping, and restaurants of all kinds. We live about two blocks from two different parks that have swing sets, jungle gyms, basketball courts, walking trails and picnic tables to enjoy. The city we live in has many events like the Rib Cook-Off, Italian Festival, Hot Air Balloon Races, and Air Shows, which we love to attend. We can't wait to take a child and let them experience something new and exciting. Our city is in an area which has many different activities all within an hour's drive, such as skiing, boating, camping, river kayaking, hiking camping, and water skiing, all readily available.

Our Promise...
Family and education will be priorities, but laughter and fun will always be present. Education is very important, and we plan on sending our child to college if he or she wants to. We are very committed to becoming loving parents through adoption and promise to tell your baby their adoption story. We look forward to sharing your child's future with you through lots of pictures and letters. Please know that your baby will be deeply cherished forever.
