Hi, we are Willard & Colleen and we are so thankful that you are viewing our profile!  We are an outgoing, fun-loving, Christian couple from beautiful North Carolina.  We have always wanted to raise a family and are so excited to become first-time parents through adoption.  We have a niece and nephew who were adopted, so it was an easy decision for us once we learned of our infertility.  We can provide your child with a home filled with love that is financially, emotionally and spiritually stable.

About Us
Our Christian beliefs are the center of our marriage and lives.  Colleen is a homemaker and will be a stay-at-home mother.  Willard’s career as a Financial Advisor allows him to be very flexible since he is his own boss.  Education is very important to us and we hope to send our child to private school.  We love to travel and have been fortunate to see many places around the world.  We love the water and anything we can do outdoors.  College sports, going to football & basketball games, and entertaining family and friends are just a few more things that we enjoy.  A child would be a wonderful addition to our life.

About Willard from Colleen
Willard has the most wonderful heart and is the most patient man you will ever meet.  He is a wonderful provider who is so generous and would do anything for me and the people he loves.  He loves God, family and the simple things in life.  Willard enjoys fishing, golf, hunting, basketball and working in our yard.  His strong work ethic and honesty have helped him create a very successful business and make him well-respected in the community.  I know he will be the most devoted, loving dad because that’s the kind of husband he is.

About Colleen from Willard
Colleen is the love of my life.  She loves life and is full of compassion, care and joy and I know she will be an absolutely awesome mother.  She has given me so much support and love in our marriage and I cannot wait to see her as a mom. 

Colleen is very dedicated to her morals and her faith, her family and her friends.  She has made our house a beautiful, warm home and enjoys baking, cooking, crafts, gardening, decorating, movies and more.  She will be an upbeat, bright influence on a child’s life. 

Our Home
We live in a wonderful rural community in a smaller town.  Parks, schools, stores and everything else we need are just a few minutes away.  We love that we have the peace and quiet of the country, but are close to a major city and all it has to offer.  And, we are only a couple of hours from the beach and the mountains!  Our home is on two and a half acres, so there is tons of room to run and play.  Our dog, Roy, loves to run around in his big backyard.  Our home has three bedrooms and a bonus room, two and a half baths and plenty of living space for a growing family. 

Our Family
We are both very close to our families and they are all very supportive of our decision to adopt.  Colleen is one of seven children and Willard is an only child.  We have 12 nieces and nephews who we adore!  They love to come visit their Aunt Colleen & Uncle Will!

Our family holidays are busy and loud – just the way we like them!  And we have lots of fun family traditions.  Willard’s parents are so excited to have a grandchild to spoil and Colleen’s parents cannot wait to have more grandchildren!
