Update on Lifetime baby EllieGrowing By
Leaps And Bounds

Happy Easter! Here's a picture of Ellie on Easter; she is getting so big! Although we call her a baby, the sweet girl is seeming more and more like a toddler! Running after her big sisters, chasing the kitty (who nicely allows himself to be caught), always bringing a book to us, demanding we read it to her...

We've treasured every day in the last 17 months and still find ourselves overwhelmed with gratitude that God brought her into our family. Our wait was long, but we're now so thankful for it because we can't imagine not having Ellie in our lives. Thank you for all you did to bring Ellie into our family! Sometimes God needs us to help fullfill His plan and you were there that day to lead her to our family.

-Alisa and Kevin

It's Bunny Time!

Dear Libby,

Happy Easter! We especially think of you during this special time of year. It was really fun to share the story with Katie this year about how you wanted us to get a picture of our 3 bunnies for our adoption profile and how we had to chase bunnies for quite a while to make that happen! She is still laughing and talking about it. Thank you for caring about each little detail of our adoption which led us to the Forever Family God had for us. Katie is a true blessing from above! We also celebrated Katie's first spiritual birthday on Easter as she accepted Christ as her savior last Easter.

Katie is a very active, vibrant little girl now. She loves to run long distances, swim and dance. She loves to sing and has recently memorized a lot of songs from Disney movies. She has a vivid imagination and loves playing with her pre-school friends. We have traveled a lot as a family this year, including a mother-daughter road trip over Spring Break to visit friends and some of her cousins (three of whom are adopted also). Katie loves to travel and explore new places!

Thank you, again, for everything you and the others at Lifetime have done for our family. We can never thank you enough for the part you each played in creating our forever family. Katie is an absolute Joy and we cannot imagine life without her!

Love,
Tricia and Roger

Our Charming Little Man

Hi Michelle (and Lifetime staff)!

Just wanted to wish you a Happy Easter and send a updated pic of Sam! This weekend marks three years since we were matched with Sam's birth family. Can't believe how fast the time has gone...it seems like it took forever while we waited and now it's already been three years! We can't imagine a moment without our charming little man. God is so good!!!

Blessings!

Bluebonnet Cutie

Hope this finds you had a blessed and restful Easter. We had a very low-key, but very much a blessed Easter with Miss Paige:)

Here is a picture we took up at our city building where they have a big piece of property that has the Texas state flower running through it (the bluebonnet.) Enjoy!

God's Timing Was Perfect

Happy Easter, from our family to yours!

Two years ago, today, we signed our adoption contract to complete our family. Not knowing what the journey would look like, how long it would be, or what our story would entail, we knew it was placed on our hearts through God's calling. We took this journey on...filled with classes, loads of paperwork, home interviews, profiles, videos, websites, and patience, but most importantly faith. God's timing was perfect, for His plan from the very beginning was to bring this precious girl into our lives. She's a blessing, a treasure, and a dream come true. Thank you for supporting us through prayer and encouragement, as we waited and lovingly welcomed her into our family.

Without all of the wonderful staff at Lifetime, we wouldn't have her in our lives. Thank you!

-Casey and April

A Cherished Milestone

Hi Diane,

We have some exciting news to share; we have just returned home after finalizing our adoption!

Braelyn is gaining weight and growing so fast!  She started out a tiny four pounds, 14 ounces and recently weighed in at nine pounds, 13 ounces at her two month doctor's appointment.

We are very excited about our future as a family of three and look forward to many more milestones!  Please give everyone there our best!

Thirteen Years Later!

Hi Diane,
13 years later, I wanted to just say hello, and thank you, again, for all that you did to facilitate Kyra's adoption!

Here's a recent picture of her.  She is doing great, and wow has the time just flown by.  She is so interested in finding her birth mom.  We have searched the internet, sent letters, etc., but cannot find her.  I just hope one day she gets to talk to her/meet her.

Thank you for doing what you do!

Take care,
Christine

Kevin and Jess are in love with Lissie, who was adopted through Lifetime 11 months ago!The Love of Our Lives

Lissie is growing up so fast, she has four teeth, is a walking/talking machine, and so in love with being in our family.  She is 11 months old today.  Our birth parents are coming to visit at the end of the month to see Lissie and us!

We will send you an "official" update for her one year birthday :)  We are so excited for her cake smash party!  Thank you Veronica for helping connect us with the love of our lives, our daughter!

Mark and Chrystal were blessed to adopt a baby boy!A Year Passed

Hi Joan and all Lifetime Staff:
It's hard to believe that it has been over a year since the birth of our miracle son, Aiden! We just had our adoption finalization hearing.  It was a very joyous and long-awaited event.  Although Aiden is just a year old, he gave us a great big smile when the judge announced that he was "hereby adopted".

He is enjoying his time today playing, walking and working on speaking more words.  He is a very big boy: top percentile for height and weight.  He is such a joy to Mark, myself and the whole family. He is a very happy, smart, inquisitive and active little boy. He keeps us on our toes and brings so much happiness to each day.  He is always in a great mood every morning, greeting us with the biggest smile and lots of chatter. You can't help but break into a big smile back and share in his joy that we've all been blessed with another day together.

We are keeping in contact with his birth mother and sending updates on Aiden's development.  We also set up a shared website to post pictures, videos and special dates about Aiden.  We feel so blessed to have her as our birth mother. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we shared with her the week Aiden was born.  It was so easy to decide that she and her three children would forever be a part of our family.  We loved her instantly.

We are looking forward to pursuing a sister for Aiden in the near future! Now that have the adoption finalized we would be happy to share our Lifetime experience with other waiting families if you would like. Please pass our thanks, appreciation and best wishes onto the Lifetime family.

Sharing our blessings,

Mark & Chrystal

Dustin and Tami adopted twice through Lifetime!Doubly Blessed

Hi Patty and Joan!
We are so excited to share with you that Dane's adoption was finalized!  We are celebrating as it has been a long road. We praise God for His gracious and loving hand in our life and bringing all of us together as one family!  This morning Colin said, "I'm a big brother forever now!" Melts our hearts.

Thank you so much for your hand in bringing both our sons to us!  We will forever be a Lifetime family...we can't wait to sign up again to work with you to bring our next child home, all in God's perfect timing!  :)

All our love to you all!

Jeremiah and Audra were blessed to adopt a baby girl! Our Adoption Story

When we started working with Lifetime, we were so happy to start our journey that God had lead us on. The staff at Lifetime helped us the entire way and they were so patient with us as we got started on the paperwork. Whenever we had questions, we always got a speedy response from a staff member.

The day we got matched was like a dream come true to us as we knew that it would be soon that we would have a baby to love.  When we got the call from Veronica at Lifetime that a birth mom wanted to talk with us we were so happy and nervous all at the same time. Veronica helped us on how to break the ice with our birth mom, and also gave us suggestions on what to talk about. The suggestions helped a lot as the birth mom was nervous as well.

We got the call that our birth mom was in labor and we left right away, arriving at the hospital soon after.  Meeting her in person for the first time was like we already knew her.  We had had a chance to get to know her through our many phone conversations during the pregnancy while matched.

Baby girl London with her proud adoptive father JeremiahIt was such an additional blessing that our birthmother was from an area where we have extended family members and they were able to see London once we were discharged from the hospital.  Upon our return home, our family and friends here were equally as excited to see London.

London is truly a blessing from God and we already cannot see our lives without her.  We have bonded with our birthmother and have a great relationship with her.  We have shared that we want her in London's life as she grows up.

Thank you to our Lifetime family for bringing more love, joy and excitement to our Ohana (family)!

Adoption Blessed Our Lives

Our precious baby girl is three months old today and was discharged from the hospital three weeks ago. She spent ten weeks in the NICU and was loved and cared for by so many. She is doing really well. From two pounds to seven pounds, our sweet baby girl has stolen the hearts of all that have prayed for her and loved her. Her big brothers are so protective and find joy in caring for her every day. She is continuing to learn to bottle feed, so she has a tube, but she is making progress and we couldn't be more proud of her.

Thank you again for orchestrating her adoption and for completing our family. Words cannot express our gratitude for changing our lives!

Heaven-Sent

Hi Veronica,
We are praising Jesus this morning as our adoption of Miles has been finalized! It has been a beautiful seven months watching this beautiful little life grow and learn.

He is a BIG boy. At not quite seven months, he is already crawling all over the place! We are just so thankful the Lord prepared His way for us to be in Miles' life as we parent him and grow him to be the man God has called him to be.  We cannot wait to see what his life has in store for him.

Praying for all the birth mothers and fathers, adoptive parents and little ones that they will be filled with love and comfort as they take this walk.

We Cannot Imagine Life Without Her!

Dear Veronica,
Happy Groundhog Day!  We always think of you on your favorite holiday and wanted to send you our annual picture of Katie with her Groundhog books.  This year she is also holding her groundhog that you gave her when we came to visit last year.

It’s hard to believe that it has been over four years since we got “the call” that Katie was about to be born!  How can our Princess be four years old already?  It has been quite the adventure and we would not change it for the world!  We love Katie to the moon and back!

Katie has had a wonderful year...Katie has grown in so many areas this year, especially Spiritually.  She accepted Christ as her savior on Easter Sunday!  She continues to be full of energy and excitement, has a vivid imagination and a great sense of humor.  We cannot imagine life without her!

Thank you again for the role you, Veronica, and each of the staff played in bringing us together as a forever family.  We continue to pray for each of you, the birthmoms and adoptive families.  We love to share our story and recommend you to future adoptive families.

Thank you from the Bottom of our Hearts,

Our Globe-Trotting Baby

Hi Diane and Lifetime staff!

We made it back from Paris yesterday and the Parisians LOVED Rosalie and her red cheeks! She got so many kisses! Rosalie took her first 'selfie' at the Eiffel Tower. We can't wait to take her back one day so she can take another picture with the Eiffel Tower and actually remember the trip! While in Paris, Rosalie turned seven months. What a milestone to remember and the first of many stamps to her passport!

Many blessings!

Enjoying Every Moment

Hi Libby,

Colin is 20 months old now and we can't believe how fast he's growing! He definitely keeps us on our toes. He loves to touch and explore everything. He's a little sponge taking in everything and have started talking and repeating everything we say. He's quite a social and happy toddler...he smiles and waves hello and good bye to everybody everywhere (i.e. church, grocery store, parking lot, etc.). He's a great traveler, too. We survived our first international trip last October and he does so well adjusting to new settings when we take little weekend getaways. Our lives are so much richer and exciting with him in it. We are just enjoying every moment being his mama and daddy!

-Regina & Steve

Our Blessed Adoption Experience

When we received the phone call that there was a birth mom in labor about nine hours away from us, we were ready to jump in the car and go!  As the hours passed that day, we went into nesting mode trying to put the final touches on the nursery, pack a few things, notify to our employers, and called our parents.  Several hours later we were able to speak directly to our birthmom.  We were both very nervous about how that conversation was going to go, but it was surprisingly easy.

Once we were at the hospital and met our birthparents, it was amazing how much of our profile they were able to relate to.  Our birthmom stated the second she read my story about being a birthmom she was put at ease because her biggest fear was being judged for making this decision to put her daughter up for adoption. She went on to tell us that they (birthmother & birthfather) had discussed what they would have named her had they been able to parent and that they would have used Grace as her middle name.  We didn't find out about this until after she asked us what name we wanted to put on the birth certificate, which was Braelyn Grace.  The one thing that stood out to me about our birthparents is their appreciation for us - they continually kept thanking US for helping them in this way and allowing their daughter to live a happy and successful life without fear that she will ever "want" for anything.

Overall, this experience was overwhelming and emotionally charged to say the least, but we have nothing but positive things to say about our adoption process.  Everyone at Lifetime was always helpful and friendly whenever I called with questions or concerns.  Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts!  We truly appreciate everything you all do for everyone on both sides of the spectrum!

Best Regards,

Nicole and Ben

He's ALL Boy!

Wow!  To say "time flies" is an UNDERSTATEMENT!  We just celebrated Eli's fifth birthday yesterday!  He is full of life, energy, love and joy...and ALL boy!  There is NEVER a dull moment with him and not only does he keep us on our toes, but he keeps us laughing hysterically every day.  We couldn't be any more grateful for this precious life that his birthmother chose to bless us with.  We will never stop thinking of her and loving her for the rest of our lives.  I can't describe to you the gift that Eli is to us.  And thank you, Lifetime for all of your help and facilitation in making our dream come true.  We love him more than life and air.

Love,
Jason and Natalie

Purely Blessed

Thank you, Lifetime Adoption! Chanel is purely a blessing and joy.  We wanted to give you all our deepest appreciation.  Chanel is a joy and her birth mother and the family is also wonderful.  Chanel had her first birthday party with her birth family and it was special.  She was able to see her birth mother, grandmother, sister, brothers, aunts and uncles.

When we started this adoption, we did not know what to expect.  Your office and staff was patience and informative every step of the way.  In this picture, Chanel is 16 months old (and growing fast!)

Thank you again and we will keep you all in our prayers!

-Rodney & Sarah

Hi Veronica,

Everything has gone great. We're flying home today! Little Sarah is very healthy and happy. I'm glad to hear that you've been talking to Sarah's birth mother. We'd be happy to send her pictures more often if she likes.

Every Day An Adventure

Hi Lifetime Ladies,

I wanted to let you know the adoption was finalized the week before Thanksgiving and everything went perfect! Pictured here are Maya and I with my mother and the judge who proceeded over the adoption finalization.

It's been truly a blessing from day one and Maya is now eight months old!  Every day is a fascinating adventure and my entire family is in love with Maya, not counting friends and coworkers!

We're looking forward to a blissful New Year and I wanted to wish you a wonderful New Year as well.

With Love,

Traci

The ONEderful Eli

Hello Diane and Lifetime,

One year ago, we welcomed Eli into our lives.  Boy, have our lives changed! He is so sweet and funny. He shares everything.  He even takes food out of his mouth and offers it to us. (Um, we politely decline.)  Now, if we can only get the dog to decline as well! He initiates games and laughs when we play.

December was a busy month for Eli.  He had so much fun with his cousins over his birthday, Christmas, and New Years.  He got to experience his first real snow and loved it. We are so proud to be his Mommom and Daddy! Everywhere he goes, people stop to talk with him.  He brings smiles to people everywhere we go: grocery store, shopping centers, or restaurants.  I love how he brings so much sunshine to those around him.

We were able to visit with his birthmom to celebrate Christmas and his birthday.  We absolutely love her.  So many blessings!  A couple of months after adopting Eli, a co-worker asked if it was everything we had hoped for. There are no words to describe how much more it is than what we had hoped for.  Every day, we thank God for blessing us this much.  A deep, heartfelt "thank you" to Lifetime!

Warmly,
Brandon and Jen

Our Dreams Came True!

Hi Diane and Lifetime Team,

Happy belated Holidays! Just wanted to check in and always thank you for helping us to become one big happy family!  We will be forever grateful to you all at Lifetime.

This last year has been a crazy good one for us.  In June, we celebrated Grey’s first birthday with a big backyard bash for him and all of our friends.  Soon after that, he was off and walking…running!  Now there is no slowing him down!  Then in August his birth mom and half brother came to spend the weekend for a visit.  Though we stay in close contact with his birth mom through texts and pictures, this was the first time that we were going to all be seeing each other since Grey was born.  Yes, we were all a little nervous before the visit, but within minutes of their arrival we were all laughing and joking and spending time together.  It was an awesome experience for all of us and one that we will treasure for a long time to come.

We have also spent the last year traveling and spending time with our families.  Grey is racking up the sky miles and loves to fly in the big airplanes to see his grandparents.  He has taken several trips to the family farm and loves the tractors and cows.  He even got to attend his great grandma gram’s 100th birthday party a couple of months ago. Yay!

It has been an amazing year for us and we are just making sure to take the time to enjoy of new milestone as the time goes by all too quickly.  Being parents has always been a wish of ours and we couldn’t have dreamed it any better than this.  Again thank you!

Many Milestones

Hi, Amy!

Nicholas is doing great and growing FAST!  He has already outgrown his premie clothes.  He is eating and sleeping well.  Our pediatrician checked him twice over the first couple of weeks with TWO thumbs up.  Despite early concerns, Nicholas is perfectly healthy and happy.

We wish the community of Lifetime waiting families patience, hope, and excitement for what lies ahead for them!

Our Forever Family

Hi Diane & Patty (and all our Lifetime family!),

Jayden is now five months old and is growing so quickly.  No one looks at him anymore and guesses that he's younger than he is - nor do they guess that he was only a little over three pounds when he was born.  He is absolutely thriving and we are so grateful!  He is a very laid-back baby and is always happy (unless he has a reason to fuss, which is always really easy to remedy).  We are forever thankful to all of you at Lifetime for your love, support, prayers, etc during our very long wait...but like people always say, he is PERFECT for our family and now it seems there was hardly any wait at all.  We are in weekly contact with his first mom and she is such a sweetie and has thanked us more than once for giving both the baby and herself a chance for a brighter future.

We finalized earlier this month-so it is completely official now!  We finalized exactly four months from the date of our first conversation with his birthmom.  God is so amazing and we give Him all the glory!  We have been able to share our adoption journey with many people who have asked how we have stayed optimistic and we are very glad to share that it is only through the grace of God that we were able to.  Maybe we'll get to share on a Lifetime webinar someday, too ;)

Here is a picture from our finalization as well as his five month photo (we take one next to that big bear every month and send it to his birthmom).

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas celebrating Jesus and what He's done for us all and we will continue to pray for your waiting families and birthmoms as forever families are formed by your very important work/ministry.

Love from our home and our hearts,

Ryan and Laurie

The Girl of Our Dreams

Hi Amy!
We are so in love and over the moon to announce the arrival of our precious baby girl. This journey has been amazing and we feel so blessed beyond words. Her birth parents were so sweet and we have no words to express our gratitude to them. Her big brothers and extended family are so excited to welcome her into family. Thank you Lifetime for all of your hard work and making this a match made in heaven. She is the princess of our hearts!

-Happy adoptive couple from California

Boy Wonder

Just wanted to send an update on Aiden! He's four, but looks like he's about six because he's so tall! He hasn't started preschool because he already knows everything they were going to teach him. We plan on putting him in kindergarten next year because we think Pre-K will be too boring for him. He's happy, healthy, and amazing!

Christmas Blessings from Lifetime Adoption!

The entire staff at Lifetime Adoption Center is praying that you're welcoming the holidays with joy, reflecting on the true meaning of Christmas and the gift of grace we have through our Lord and Savior! This was truly a blessed year here at Lifetime, and we hope it was in your family as well.

Holiday Memories

Our baby girl is almost a year old!  She is the sweetest, happiest baby who loves to give hugs and kisses.  She has seven teeth now and working on the eighth.

She will walk if you hold her fingers but hasn't taken that first step on her own yet.  But I can tell it won't be long.  She has said "mama" and "daddy"; she eats almost everything I put in front of her; and just recently can show us where her belly button is.

As you can image we have enjoyed every "first" this year and so excited about the years to come. We have been sending monthly updates and photos to her birth parents and have heard back from them a few times.  They seem to be doing well and have lots of family support.

We just had some photos made for Christmas and since she is turning one. She did great on her first visit to Santa. Michaela is such a joy and miracle to us.  We thank you for all your help and praise God for bringing her to us.

Merry Christmas!
-Mike, Julie and Michaela

Adoption is a Miracle!

Hi Kristine,

Please send our happy greetings to the Lifetime staff! We keep you all in our prayers and ask God that you continue the miracle of creating families. We sure do fondly remember you, and hope you all happily remember us too.

It has been just four years since Robert entered our life, a literal drop in the lap!  And what a wonderful miracle.  An active, healthy, happy, bright, and very curious little boy!

God knew what he was doing, just what a perfect addition to the family would be.  We can't imagine life being any other way. Much love to all of you, may you have a happy and healthy Christmas, and a very successful new year!

Love,

Paul and Catherine

We are flying her birthmom in for the party, and are so proud and honored to have the opportunity to introduce her to some of our closest friends and family. They already love her for bringing the MIRACULOUS Lauren into our lives, and now they will be able to tell her this face-to-face! Now...if we could just fly in all of you who worked so hard for us at Lifetime! :)

Blessings, Love and Thanks to All!

Our Christmas Angel

Hi Diane & Lifetime Staff!

Rosalie turns six months on Friday and on that day is her six month check up which means six month vaccinations, so not looking forward to that - first time was horrible, second time was better and so Im hoping the third time I got this!

I can't begin to describe the joy Rosalie has not only given us but our families, she continues to be such a blessing! She has changed us so much and we love seeing her grow and explore new things everyday. We are looking forward to Rosalie getting her first stamp on her passport as we are headed to Paris in January! Can't wait to travel the world with her!

Wishing all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Adopted a Baby Girl!

Congratulations from the staff of Lifetime Adoption!

Bundle of Joy

What a blessed year this has been! After seven years of waiting, God has answered our prayers and delivered us a beautiful baby boy, Levi. It just couldn't be any more perfect.

He was born November 26th, just days before Thanksgiving and just in time for Christmas. How thankful we are to be celebrating our little bundle at a time we are taught to be thankful and celebrate Jesus' birthday!

We owe a HUGE thank you to Lifetime for all they have done and how they played such a big part in making our dreams come true! Without them, we would have never met our birth mother whom we love dearly. Open adoption has been such a blessing for all involved and most importantly to Little Levi's future. I can't tell you enough how much Lifetime was so instrumental in all of this and walked with us each step of the way! Thank you Mardie for making your passion help other people's dreams become a reality! And thank you to all the staff at Lifetime for helping us along the way. We couldn't have had a better match and all along God had this planned and we wouldn't have it any other way. The wait was all worth it even when things seemed bleak. We were contracted with Lifetime for 10 months before we got our match and were matched with our birth mother very early on in her pregnancy so the wait  for the birth of Levi was long but how God had it all planned out now makes perfect sense. It really is in His perfect timing and my advice to you is to trust in our Lord always for He knows what is best.

We love our blessing to pieces! He is perfect! Thank you Lifetime and God Bless all of the waiting families and to those who are already holding their bundle of joy!

Bouncing Baby Boy

Hi Veronica,

We cannot tell you how much we have been enjoying the past FIVE months with our sweet boy, Miles. We cannot believe time is going by so quickly. He and big brother, Eli, are already creating such a special bond.  He is such a beautiful, happy baby and we are all so blessed that God had allowed us to be his parents. Here's a picture so you can see just how big he is getting (he's already in 9 month clothes!). Praying all is well with you!

A Christmas Princess

Hi Mrs. Patty,

I hope you are doing fantastic and I know you are still doing God's precious work!  I actually just hung up with a lady asking me to be a reference for Lifetime!  I literally enjoy telling our story and how wonderful YOU and Lifetime are!  She said that they told her that you would be her coordinator and I just had to brag and brag about my precious coordinator!  :)  She made me feel great when she mentioned to me that she had looked at a couple different places today but that I "put the icing on the cake" for her and she would be signing up with Lifetime on Friday!  AHHHHH, so amazing! God bless you for all the work that you do at Lifetime!

On another note, it's Christmas time!  This time last year I was calling and emailing you because I was so sad.  Little did I know that I would have this precious baby girl sitting in my lap now!  She's growing so much and my how fast has this year gone by already!  It seems like yesterday that we were waiting on her grand entrance into this world!  She is definitely our world!  This red haired, brown eyed little angel is what life is all about. We're so happy that this is our first Christmas as a family!  She totally has my Moma wrapped around her little finger!  I've mentioned before that she is the first girl in 22 years so my Moma and my sisters are spoiling her like crazy!  I'm sure Ronnie and I have something to do with spoiling her too!  hahaha!

I have spoke with her birthmom several times, especially on holidays.  She seems to be doing good as well as her two children.  We bought them all Christmas gifts and will be mailing them to them this week.  I feel like her and her family are just like my family for all that we have went through together!  I'm sure holidays are tough on her so hopefully it will spread some holiday cheer around!

I truly love sharing how great you and Lifetime are to anyone who asks.  If I can do anything at all or talk to anymore people on behalf of Lifetime, I would be honored to do so! Here is a picture of our little one for ya! I hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year! God Bless You Mrs. Patty!

Love,

Sandi and Ronnie

Our Lovely Lucy

Hello Veronica and Lifetime staff,

Hope you are all enjoying this special time of year! Lucy is 20 months now and we can't wait until Christmas! She is singing Christmas songs all of the time and really getting everyone in the Christmas spirit! I could go on and on with Lucy stories, but I know you are all so busy working as God's Angels bringing more families together :-) I honestly can't believe how quickly time is passing now that our little girl is in our arms. I remember checking out this page on the Lifetime website regularly while we were waiting on God's perfect timing. At that point in life, time seemed to just creep by. I think of all of the arms waiting on their baby and I pray for God to give each of them an extra special gift this season. A gift of peace, patience, and JOY, while they wait.

Lucy walked at nine and a half months, and at 20 months she now has the vocabulary of a three year old-it's amazing how gifted she is. We can't thank you enough for all  you did for us and all that you continue to do for those who are waiting on their perfect Gift. We still communicate occasionally with our Lucy's birthmom and I can't tell you how special it is to have this kind of bond with her---GOD IS GOOD! Here's a picture of Lucy-isn't she lovely?

Merry Christmas and many Blessings sent your way!

Love always,

Whitney and Leann

Congratulations from the staff of Lifetime Adoption!

Beautifully Blessed

Our baby Daesy Grace is such a blessing!  It has been amazing to see how God specifically worked out all the details surrounding our adoption.  We really appreciate your part in that!  It was so special to get to meet all of you!   Thanks!

Busy Boy

Hello from Texas!

At three and a half, David is on the go! He loves playing with his big brother Ryan and making trips to Six Flags. He loves tacos as well as spaghetti and meatballs. David enjoys eating Lucky Charms cereal and eating just the rainbows. He loves going to his preschool and Sunday school and enjoys having someone read Pete the Cat books to him.  He is looking forward to seeing his grandparents and cousins over the holidays and of course, making a trip to see Santa!

Love,

Rich and Jennifer

So Very Thankful

Hi Veronica,

Just a quick update from our family.  We wanted to let you know that Elisbeth is doing great.  She is now seven months old and almost crawling.  We can hardly believe it's already been seven months and yet at the same time it feels like she has been with us forever.  She does something daily that makes us laugh out loud, she has such a fun and goofy personality.

We finalized our adoption this month, which was perfect since it's Adoption Awareness month...and it's also so great because it's this time of the year that people stop and consider all they have to be thankful for.  The adoption of Lissie and her presence in our lives is definitely at the top of our list.  She has been a blessing to the entire family since day one.  She has so many cousins that love to dote on her, as well as a big brother that just adores her.

I think of and pray for all the waiting families, especially during this approaching holiday season. I know how tough it can be to be waiting for a match during the holidays.  Last year we had just been matched and the year before that we were waiting to be matched and I remember feeling sad that we didn't have a baby during the holidays, but as it turns out...God's timing was absolutely perfect and had it been any sooner or later, it wouldn't have been right...and it wouldn't have been Lissie.

Kevin and Jess were blessed to adopt a baby girlI encourage the waiting adoptive families to fill their holidays with family, support, and things that bring them joy and comfort, knowing that in God's timing, He will add to their family.  I also pray for the many birth families out there during this season. I'm thankful for their gift to place their child and I'm ever so sensitive to the reality that the holidays may not be as cheery for them as it is for the adoptive families.

Thank you for all you at Lifetime Adoption do...it has been a pleasure working with you.  We will keep in touch over time and wish you a very Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving!

The Son Who Brightens
Our Days

Hi Veronica,

Here's a recent picture of our son. He is such a happy baby!  We are so in love with him.

He is two months old already!  Time is flying.

Hope you all have a great weekend,

Courtney and Jessica

Our Adoption Story

We can't believe that our "little man" is 10 months old! He is the biggest blessing that we've experienced in our 12 years of marriage! He has learned to say "mama" and "dada", and there's nothing like hearing his sweet little voice say those words to us! Being a mommy and daddy is the best thing short of our relationship with Christ, and our marriage to one another.

There were times when it felt like it would never happen, and we would grow disheartened. Now that he's here, we can't express how glad we are that we persevered and were matched with the baby of our dreams! The staff at Lifetime (particularly Diane) was compassionate and supportive, and thankfully, found us the perfect match.

We thank God for our little baby boy, and also thank Lifetime for having such a great experience!

Blessings,
Mike & La Tanya
