You Really Came Through!

We Are So Happy!

Well, we finally made it home...HOME SWEET HOME ALABAMA...one day shy of Connor's six week birthday! Our home was decorated with many welcoming, congratulatory and proud sentiments, inside and out along with wonderful pre-made dinners waiting in the frig. Oh, the feeling to have our precious Connor home with us! To hear his little goo and gahs echo through our home! So many happy emotions fill our hearts and souls. Where once we could only imagine what our lives would be like with Connor is now an eternal fountain of love that overflows into the deepest part of our hearts and souls. This fountain of love will forever shower Connor!

Words can never begin to express our deepest and heart felt appreciation for the endless support, love and encouragement through our adoption journey that lead us to the most precious baby in our lives...Connor. Connor's very first cry as he entered this world and very first time we held him in our arms reinforced why over the years we never got pregnant, and that very reason is Connor. We are so very blessed in many ways and are so very happy with our decision with open adoption and for Lifetime Adoption. Open adoption will be such a positive part of Connor's life we can share with him some day. Not just names matching to birthparents, but two very special people we dearly love and have gotten to know.

Our Wonderful
Miracle From God!

Steve, Cambrie and myself are doing wonderful. Cambrie is getting so big. It's hard to believe she is already 7 months old. She has two teeth and her top two are coming through. She is trying to crawl and says da da, daddy all the time. I'm
waiting for mommy now.

We e-mail her birthmother often. We look forward to talking with you again this next year as we begin our journey for our next child. Cambrie is such a blessing to us and we can't wait to have another little tiny baby and a sibling for her. God has given us such a wonderful little miracle and we are so in love with her. It's amazing!!!

Adoption In Only 22 Days!

First of all, all praises to God. We have been blessed with a beautiful baby boy, Noah. We were in the delivery room at the time of birth and had an opportunity to develop a meaningful relationship with the birthmother. Next, thank you Lifetime Adoptions...you helped us connect with an amazing young woman and start our family. Finally, thank you to our birthmother, you are a blessing.

Our Little Angel!

Here is a picture of our angel. This adoption was like a dream. I don't suspect it is always this easy or good but we could not be more blessed. Zach is a wonderful baby and the entire adoption experience was great. We have been in his life from the moment he was born. I cut the umbilical cord and Charlie fed him his first bottle. Meeting his birthmother was really reassuring as it is important to us to be able to answer as many questions as possible for Zach when he begins asking them. Thank you and lifetime adoption for helping us find the baby we know in our hearts was meant to be ours.
