Briana Caldwell
Adoption Support Coordinator

Briana works with the staff at Lifetime to support adoptive families and birthmothers by facilitating open communication and honest dialogue. With a background in counseling and social work, Briana assists the staff by helping adoptive families and birthmothers find the appropriate support and resources during times of transition, grief, conflict, and emotional distress.

She also works in the community, providing outreach services and presenting educational information about Lifetime's adoption services.

Briana's favorite part of her work is being part of such a wonderful team. "The entire office plays a great part in making miracles happen every day," she says. Outside of work, Briana is a writer, horse-trainer, tri-athlete, and martial artist. She loves to spend time outside and with family and friends.
