Kim loves her job at Lifetime! She joined the Lifetime family in 2004 and has been fortunate to serve the company in several ways. She has contributed to the Let's Talk Adoption radio program, written and edited for Lifetime's websites, magazines, and other outreach materials, worked within the application department, and has had the opportunity to work with families as they grow through adoption.

"Personally, it's been very gratifying to work for a company that allows such mobility within its walls -- the chance to really be a part of so many programs and projects that are ongoing at Lifetime. Since I've been able to be a part of so many sides of Lifetime, I have seen firsthand the amount of care that goes into each adoption, not to mention the way the staff really puts their hearts into what they do," she said. "I have seen God's plan in action, with the adoptive families, with the birthmothers, and also within the lives of the staff. There's something that comes with working in a place like this, that is so uncommonly rewarding -- not to mention the awesome friendships that have developed along the way!"
