Michelle helps families through the beginning steps of their adoption journeys, before they are matched with a birth mother. When asked what she most enjoys about her position at Lifetime, Michelle shared that she loves, "seeing God’s hand at work to bring families together."

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, making jewelry, kayaking, and going on mission trips.
