Michelle helps birth mothers through the steps of their adoption journeys, providing needed support. When asked what she most enjoys about her position at Lifetime, Michelle shared that she loves, "seeing God’s hand at work to bring families together."

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, making jewelry, kayaking, and going on mission trips.
